Refund Policy

01 Course Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

02 Mid-Course Withdrawals

Withdrawals after the course has commenced are generally non-refundable, but exceptions can be made for extraordinary circumstances such as medical emergencies.

03 Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services, like physical books or digital materials already distributed, are non-refundable once provided or accessed.

04 Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
